Should you choose to contact me, we will firstly arrange an appointment if you are local or to work closely via whatsapp/email if needed. Upon either, we will discuss themes, ideas, colours and material elements that you would like to add to your invitations and a quote, per invitation/item needed, will be provided by myself.

If you are happy with your quote, we will then discuss the required amounts of each item. I do not have a minimum amount and if you are not sure we can always add extras as needed. An invoice will be produced and a booking fee of 25% of the balance will be requested with the remaining balance due eight weeks before the date you wish to send your invitations - this is when I will commence producing your stationery. This date will be discussed with you and is usually 6 months before your wedding.

Eight weeks before you wish to send your invitations, I will begin the process of gathering all information needed from you via email. This is an easy step by step process and ensures we do not miss vital details. Plain mocks are presented to you via a PDF with all the information in place. Plain mocks are used to make sure everything is clear to read, we do not miss information and can check spellings.

During this same process, you will be sent a selection of plain and fancy fonts to choose from and these will be amalgamated into your design. A range of fonts can be selected and will be mocked and sent to you to choose from. Once you are happy with the fonts any artwork is added. At each stage you will be sent mocks to check over and discuss any changes you wish to make. Once happy, a full sample of your invitations will be made so you can see the overall design. At this point you will again have the chance to make any changes you wish to until you are 100% happy with the outcome.
